Lauren Ash-Morgan is the Founding Co-Artistic Director of the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 to 2019 having been an actor and board member of SSC since 2011. She also served the SSC as the producer as well as a costume/set design composer/music director and coach for text and as the Artistic Director. Though she typically led the acting group but in the final year with SSC King Lear, she was promoted to director and lighting designer.
